Cancel My Order
After the order is successfully paid, you can check the status of your order in your account order details.
You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. After 2 hours, our order will enter the packing process. Once packed, the order cannot be canceled. Please understand our work.
What should I do if my return order takes too long to process?
Our return order processing time is 1-3 business days, if it takes longer than that, please contact us at [email protected] and we will resolve the issue for you as soon as possible.
Our service hours are Monday-Friday/10:00AM-5:00PM (EST).
Return orders submitted after 5:00PM will be prioritized for processing on the next business day and orders submitted after 5:00PM on Friday will be processed on the following Monday.
No return orders will be processed on weekends.
How long are returns valid for?
Sweatspads.com supports returns within 7 natural days without any reason.
If this period is exceeded, we will not be able to offer you a return or exchange.
Return and Exchange Criteria
To ensure a smooth return process, please note the following points:
Returns need to be made within 7 natural days after signing for the underarm sweat pads.
Returned Underarm Sweat Pads must be in their original intact condition and come with all original packaging, accessories.
There must be no signs of human damage or abnormal use.
Does not affect secondary sales.
Return Process
If you decide to return a product within 7 natural days of the return validity date, you can follow the process below:
Contact our customer service Anthony Evans at [email protected] to request a return.
Pack the underarm sweat pad in its original packaging, including the accessories and freebies received.
Ship the underarm sweat pad to 272R Washington St, Dorchester, Massachusetts.
Once shipped, please send us the logistics information and courier number via email at [email protected] so that we can check and refund you as soon as we receive it.
If you choose to return your underarm sweat pads due to a quality or shipping issue (e.g., receiving a stained underarm sweat pad), shipping costs will be covered by Sweatspads.com.
If you choose to return the underarm sweat pads because you personally do not like the underarm sweat pads you received (color or style), or the photos are wrong, etc., the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
Once the returned underarm sweat pads reach Sweatspads.com’s warehouse and pass inspection, the refund process will begin.
How long does it take for refunds to be returned?
Refunds will be returned within 1-2 business days, if this takes longer, please contact us at [email protected] and we will resolve the issue for you as soon as possible.
We do not charge for the second time on the shelf.
