Where do we Ship From?
Our warehouse address is 275 Washington St, Dorchester, Massachusetts, and your Underarm Sweat Pad products will be shipped from there after you place your order.
Due to the volatility of international shipping and to ensure the quality of our service, we currently only support orders from the continental United States.
Any subsequent adjustments will be posted on our website without prior notice. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.
What is our Shipping Cost?
We use UPS Express and ship from 272R Washington St, Dorchester, Massachusetts with a shipping time of 5-8 business days.
We offer free shipping for orders over $30 and a $3 fee for orders under $30.
How long is our Delivery Time?
Our delivery time is 6-11 business days, of which order processing time is 1-3 business days and shipping time is 5-8 business days.
Delivery Time = Order Processing Time + Shipping Time.
If shipping takes longer than 11 business days, please email [email protected] and we will refund or reship your order.
What if the order takes too long to process?
If your order has not been shipped for more than 3 business days, you can contact us at [email protected] and we will process your order as soon as possible.
Our service hours are Monday-Friday/10:00AM-5:00PM (EST).
Orders placed after 5:00PM will be prioritized on the next business day.
Orders are not processed on weekends.
Who is responsible for the Tax?
The sales tax is the responsibility of the customer and is not borne by the merchant, thank you for your understanding.
How do we Pack our products?
Our French Press Pot will be packaged in a biodegradable thickened plastic bag and all of our packaging is made from biodegradable materials and will not damage our environment.
